*Every group will get a complete deck of playing cards. Each partner will complete the required work determined by the card drawn each turn before moving on to next card.

Face cards - American Kettlebell Swings (53/35)

Jack: 11 reps
Queen = 12 Reps
King: 13 Reps

Hearts - Hand Release Push Ups
Clubs - Strict Press with bar (75/55)
Diamonds - Burpees Over your Bar
Spades - Jumping Lunges (each leg)
