The first step in deciding whether CrossFit Polaris is right for you is to schedule a Free Intro Session. The purpose of this personal training session is to get to know you, your unique goals, to determine the best path to success.
During your FREE session you will receive:
* A tour of our world-class fitness training facility
* Intro to the CrossFit Polaris training methodology, our efficient and effective workout style which we will scale to every fitness level
* Assessment of your fitness level
* Discussion of your fitness and lifestyle goals and how we can help you achieve them

The next step is to go through the 6 session Polaris Fundamentals Course. These sessions are done on a 1-on-1 basis. We will coordinate these to fit within your schedule. These sessions were designed to teach you the basics of CrossFit and develop your base of conditioning. The training sessions are 45 minutes in length and are typically completed within two weeks.
If you come from another CrossFit facility, we will use the free intro session to determine if you can opt out of the Polaris Fundamentals Course.
Once you've completed your Fundamentals Course, it will be time to sign up for one of our Unlimited Training Packages. All of our packages auto-renew on a month-to-month basis.
