CrossFit On-Ramp

The CrossFit Polaris On-Ramp is our exciting introduction to the world of CrossFit, weightlifting and your new active lifestyle. This is your chance to learn the principles of CrossFit in a 1:1 setting. We’ll teach you all of the fundamentals needed to thrive in regular classes, help prepare you for long-term success! 

Here’s how it works:

*On-Ramp consists of six 1:1 sessions with one of our coaches. We typically recommend 2-3 sessions a week based on how you are feeling!

CROSSFIT CLASSES

In our CrossFit classes, elements of gymnastics, Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, sprinting, rowing and jumping are all combined into one program to help you achieve elite fitness. This is the only program capable of simultaneously developing your endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, balance, coordination, and accuracy.
All of these principles are applied to a small group class where training with your friends does more than make the experience a ton of fun. Our CrossFit classes are all about team spirit and motivation. Whether you consider yourself a competitive CrossFitter or not, seeing others around you perform will instinctively push you to be your very best. Training with others also holds you accountable to staying on track. Miss a workout? It probably won’t go unnoticed. Chances are, you’ll get texts and Facebook messages from your buddies asking where you are. If you are having trouble getting motivated or have a tendency to fall off of the fitness wagon, then this is the place for you.
At CrossFit Polaris, we take it a step further than your average gym. With all of the elements of CrossFit in mind, we focus on the underlying reason of WHY. Why do we do this? OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING

Our Olympic Weightlifting classes are perfect for athletes who are looking to develop explosive power, mobility, technical skill and to master the snatch and the clean & jerk.
If it is your goal to be the best YOU that you can be then this is it. Olympic lifting requires flexibility, speed, power, coordination, all combined into 2 movements. We encourage all of our athletes to give this class a try.

COMPETITION CLASSES

Don’t mistake our friendly faces for lack of a serious and competitive side. We’ve sent a team to the CrossFit Games’ Regionals in 2013, 2014 and we’re building to go again in 2016! The Competition class isn’t for everyone – it is considered an advanced level class. It provides a fun, friendly, competitive atmosphere for everyone! 

ENDURANCE

Our endurance class is a training program geared towards improving performance, fitness, and endurance sports potential. It is different from the traditional long-slow distance training by eliminating volume and upping the intensity of the workouts.
If you are tired of your same old running routine, don’t have time for 8-hour workouts, or are interested in adding a strength and conditioning program to your training routine, then CrossFit Endurance is for you. The programming is structured, sport-specific, and integrated with CrossFit principles like Olympic lifts, powerlifting, gymnastic movements, explosive activity, and mobility-based support. Repetition is the enemy, and like CrossFit, the workouts are always varied.
