CrossFit On Ramp

On-Ramp is our getting started process. This is your chance to learn the principles of CrossFit in 1:1 setting. We’ll teach you all of the fundamentals needed to thrive in regular classes, help prepare you for long-term success! 


What you need to know about our On-Ramp Process:

On-Ramp at CrossFit Polaris includes:

  • *Five Small group sessions with our coaches

  • *Lots of hands-on attention

  • *Full assessment and instruction of all primary and secondary movements

  • *Instruction on how to train safely and how to optimize your training

  • *A chance to get to know our coaches and become part of the CrossFit Polaris community

Here’s how it works:

  • *Our On-Ramp program kicks off the 2nd Monday of each month and consists of five small group sessions. Each session builds on the previous! The best part of all is the first 3 sessions are totally free with zero obligation! They take place Monday, Tuesday and Thursday night at 7:30pm starting on the 2nd Monday of each month!
