CrossFit On Ramp

On-Ramp is our getting started process. This is your chance to learn the principles of CrossFit in 1:1 setting. We’ll teach you all of the fundamentals needed to thrive in regular classes, help prepare you for long-term success! 

What you need to know about our On-Ramp Process:

On-Ramp at CrossFit Polaris includes:

  • *Six 1:1 training sessions with our coaches

  • *Lots of hands-on attention

  • *Full assessment and instruction of all primary and secondary movements

  • *Instruction on how to train safely and how to optimize your training

  • *A chance to get to know our coaches and become part of the CrossFit Polaris community

Here’s how it works:

  • *Our On-Ramp program consists of six 1:1 sessions. Each session builds on the previous. We typically recommend 2-3 sessions a week based on how your body is feeling.

  • *To get started with the 6 On-Ramp sessions there is a fee of $195. This will also get you through the rest of your first month of class!
