Strength:

EMOM x 10 :
min 1- 3: 3 Squat Cleans starting at about 50% and building as able
min 4-6: 2 Squat Cleans starting at about 70% and building as able
min 7-10: 1 Squat Clean starting at about 80% and building as able

**For minutes 4-10 drop all reps from the top. Does not need to be touch and go

Metcon:

For 4 Rounds -
2 min AMRAP/1 minute OFF:
3 Bar MU
5 Power Cleans (135/95)
7 Air Squats
*Start where you leave off and your score is your TOTAL Rounds and Reps completed

RX+ (185/125)

**if you don't have BAR MU then 5 Chest to bar or 5 Pull Ups or 5 Jumping Chest to Bar is the scale
