Superstar: 7-9 Parallette HSPU (with a 45 + abmat)
Advanced: 6 HSPU
Intermediate: 3 HSPU
Beginner: :20 - :30 second Handstand Hold on wall
*if able, Complete as many reps as possible with Strict HSPU before switching over to kipping without coming off the wall
