Jumping Squats
1 Shuttle Run
*Shuttle Run (15,30,45,60)
P1 goes and completes 25 Jump Squats then a shuttle run. P2 rests. Then P2 goes and completes 25 Jumping Squats and a shuttle run while P1 rests. Then P2 starts on 20 and so on.

Rest 5-8 Minutes
