Min 1: 3 Overhead Squat building to a moderate weight or as form allows
Min 2: 30 seconds of Floor Wipers with no weight (R+L = 1 Rep)

Metcon:

4 Rounds: (2min on/ 1 min off)
1 min Max Wallball + 1 min burpee Pull Ups
