**Build to a heavy 2.
imemdiately superset with 8 Band Pull aparts

Metcon:

10 down to 1:
Dumbbell Thruster
Toe To bar

If run out of DBs then use KBs

**complete 10 DB thruster then 10 T2B then 9 DB Thruster then 9 T2B etc.....down o 1 DB Thruster and 1 T2B
